Job Description

Alpha Nursing is a panel provider to the Health Department of WA. We are actively recruiting Specialist Mental Health Registered Nurses to work in all aspects of Mental Health across the life span, for 4 + week assignments in hospitals and communities across the Wheatbelt region in Western Australia.

What We Offer

  • $500 Specialist Bonus for regional and remote placements only once 4-week placement completed

  • $1000 referral bonus for the referrer and the referred once 4-week placement completed

About the Role

As an RN in the Alpha Nursing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in regional and remote settings to match your experience. We have block placement options in various Mental Health areas across the lifespan. Applicants must have Australian working rights.

If you have over 3 years’ experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse, please apply online and include the following: 

  • Current Resume
  • AHPRA Practising Certificate
  • Evidence of all current competencies (theory & practical), including Manual Handling, CPR, WAV & PPE
  • Current Police Clearance or CRS Card
  • Current Working with Children Check (WA)
  • Mental Health Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma
  • Aggression Prevention & Intervention (API) training certificate – practical
  • Predict, Assess & Respond To challenging/aggressive behaviour (PART) training certificate practical competency 3-day initial training or 1-day refresher training
